Importanti novità dal Governo in termini di verifica green pass base
Per entrare nei locali dei Calzolai servirà il green pass SOLO per chi deve acquistare dei prodotti e, i controlli, si potranno fare a campione
Dato il susseguirsi di richieste di chiarimento da parte delle organizzazioni datoriali dell’artigianato e del commercio, le FAQ del Governo sono in continua evoluzione e modifica.
Dai nuovi aggiornamenti risulta che:
Il DPCM, che sarà efficace dal 1° febbraio 2022, precisa che il rispetto delle misure in esso previste sarà assicurato dai titolari e dai responsabili dei servizi degli esercizi commerciali e dei servizi alla persona, attraverso lo svolgimento di controlli anche a campione.
Alla luce del provvedimento, si aggiorna l’interpretazione sull’ambito di applicazione dell’obbligo di green pass “base” che rimane confermato alle sole attività del settore del commercio e non anche genericamente a tutte le “attività di tipo commerciale”, in cui sarebbero ricadute anche le attività artigiane di servizi (tra cui calzolai, sartorie, autoriparazione, impianti, etc.) e di produzione.
Pertanto:
- L’accesso dei clienti ai locali dove vengono svolte esclusivamente attività artigianali (come la riparazione di calzature accessori in pelle etc) NON è soggetto a controllo Green Pass.
- Ma qualora, nei medesimi locali, oltre all’attività artigianale venga esercitata (quindi in presenza di uno specifico codice Ateco) anche un’attività commerciale di pura vendita (creme spazzole etc), i clienti che entrano per comprare SONO SOGGETTI al controllo Green Pass che, secondo la recente FAQ pubblicata dal Governo sulla questione, i titolari degli esercizi possono svolgere a campione successivamente all’ingresso della clientela nei locali.
